TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms describe what we expect from you — and what you can expect from us — when using Editoronto.

What You Agree To

You confirm that you’re at least the age of majority in your country of residence. If you’re using the site on behalf of minor dependents, you represent that you’ve given informed consent for their use.

You agree to use Editoronto lawfully and responsibly: you won’t engage in illegal activity, violate third-party rights (including intellectual property or privacy), upload malicious code, misrepresent your identity, or submit false or harmful content. You also agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information for purchases and account management — including billing details and contact information.

If your conduct breaches these expectations — or if we reasonably suspect a breach — your access to Editoronto may end immediately. This includes situations involving misuse, fraud, abuse, or violation of applicable laws.

What Editoronto Commits To

We protect your credit card information by encrypting it during every network transfer. That’s non-negotiable — and applies to all transactions processed through our site.

We operate Editoronto in good faith, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure service. Products, pricing, availability, and site content may change without advance notice. We don’t promise that product images or colors will display identically on your device, nor that all information on the site is current or exhaustive.

We limit our legal liability in line with standard commercial practice: Editoronto, its directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers aren’t responsible for lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, data loss, or replacement costs arising from your use of the Service — even if we’ve been advised such losses might occur. Where local law prohibits full exclusion of liability, our responsibility is capped at the maximum level permitted.

What Applies to Both

You agree to defend and fully reimburse Editoronto — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — if a third party makes a claim against us due to your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of someone else’s rights.

These Terms are governed by UK law. That said, nothing in this clause overrides mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live — your statutory rights remain intact.

How We Update These Terms

We’ll post any updates to these Terms on https://www.editoronto.com/. Your continued use of Editoronto after changes go live means you accept them. It’s your responsibility to check this page occasionally — but we’ll never make material changes retroactive to past activity.
