Getting your order right — and fast — matters to us.

Order Timing & Tracking

Editoronto processes and ships most orders within 3~5 working days after purchase. Once shipped, delivery takes an average of 7 to 20 working days worldwide — fulfillment centers are assigned based on your location to optimize transit. Your tracking number becomes active 3–7 days after shipment.

Cancellation Window

You can request cancellation only within the first 12 hours after placing your order. Editoronto handles cancellations immediately if the order hasn’t entered processing, preparation for shipment, or shipping. After that point, no changes are possible — we move quickly to fulfill orders, and once action begins, it cannot be reversed.

Returns & Replacements

We step in when something’s not right: defective items, incorrect orders, or physical damage upon arrival. If any of those apply, reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Editoronto reviews each case individually before authorizing next steps — returns require prior approval and instructions. We reserve the right to decline any return request, and no returns are accepted without this review and confirmation.
